ImagoMoments is a product built by Călin, an entrepreneur from Cluj-Napoca. The idea started from a simple frustration: for a single event — a wedding, a christening, or a birthday — you end up juggling five or six different tools. A print shop or designer for the classic invitation, a WhatsApp group for confirmations, a spreadsheet for the guest list, and after the event, dozens of Google Drive or WeTransfer links through which guests send the photos they took on their phones.
None of it talks to any other part, so the organizer ends up doing by hand the work a single tool should be doing. That's the observation ImagoMoments started from, launched in 2026 straight out of Cluj-Napoca: one place to send the digital invitation, track who's confirming, and collect every photo guests took at the event — no app to install, just a link that opens on any phone.
The platform is built and maintained by a small team, also based in Cluj-Napoca, working directly with photographers and couples or parents across Romania's events market to understand what actually works at a real event — not just in theory.
What the platform offers
In practice, ImagoMoments combines, in one place, three things that are usually three separate products and three separate invoices:
- the digital invitation, sent over WhatsApp or as a link, with everything about the event: date, location, map, day-of schedule;
- automatic RSVP, with a guest list that fills itself in as people respond;
- a shared photo album, where every guest uploads the photos they took on their phone during the event, automatically sorted by person using face recognition.
Everything is paid once, per event — see the plans and pricing. There's no monthly subscription and nothing to download: the couple or parents open a link from their phone, guests upload photos from another link, and the organizer sees it all from a single dashboard.
