Digital invitations

What's the difference between a digital, online and electronic invitation?

Nothing — they are three names for the same thing: an invitation sent as a link instead of on paper. You create it online, share it on WhatsApp, SMS or email, and guests confirm right from the browser.

What is a digital invitation?

It's a personalised web page for your event that you share as a link: guests open it straight in their browser, on any phone, with nothing to install. It carries every detail — date, time, venue, schedule — plus built-in RSVP, and you see the responses in real time.

How do I send the digital invitation?

You get a unique link and share it however you like: on WhatsApp, individually or in groups, by SMS or email. You can also use a QR code — handy for printed or displayed invitations. The link stays the same wherever you send it, and guests land straight on your event page.

How much does a digital invitation cost?

You pay once per event — no subscription, no hidden costs. Creating and previewing the invitation is free; you only pay when you publish it. Packages differ by event type (wedding, christening, birthday) and what each includes — see the current packages and prices on the pricing page.

Which events does it work for?

The platform covers weddings, christenings and birthdays, including coming-of-age parties, with invitation designs dedicated to each event type. Every design is personalised with your texts, colours and photos, and the features — RSVPs, menu preferences, photo album — are the same whichever event you're planning.

Can I see who confirmed?

Yes. Every confirmation appears on your dashboard in real time: the guest's name, whether they're coming or not, how many adults and children they bring, their menu preference, any dietary restrictions and an optional message. You can always see the full list and the total number of confirmed guests — no more collecting replies from dozens of separate chats.

Can I edit the invitation after sending it?

Yes, any time, even after publishing. The link your guests received stays exactly the same, and any change — time, venue, schedule or wording — shows up instantly for everyone who opens the invitation. Nothing needs resending and nobody is left with an old version of the details.

Does it work in English?

Yes. The invitation can be created in Romanian or English, and guests from abroad see the page in the language you choose. The management dashboard is available in both languages too, so you can work in whichever feels more comfortable.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is hosted in the European Union and processed under GDPR. Your photos and guest list remain yours — we never sell them or use them for anything else. For photo matching, biometric data is used only with each guest's explicit consent and is deleted automatically within 30 days.

Can I create a digital invitation for free?

Yes — you create a free account, pick a design and personalise the invitation without entering any card details. You can preview exactly what your guests will see. You pay once, only when you're happy with the result and want to publish and send it.

Do guests need an account or an app?

No. Guests just receive a link: they open it in the browser, see all the event details and confirm attendance in seconds — no account, no app, no passwords. It works on any phone, tablet or computer.

Can I ask guests for their menu preference?

Yes — when confirming, each guest picks their menu: standard, vegetarian, vegan or a kids' menu. You receive one centralised list with every preference, ready to hand to the restaurant or caterer, and you can check it any time from your dashboard.

Does it help with table seating too?

Yes — once guests confirm, you assign each of them a table from the planning dashboard, see at a glance who doesn't have a seat yet, and export the seating report as a PDF, ready to hand to the venue on the day.

How do my guests' photos reach me?

Guests scan the event's QR code and upload photos straight from their browser. AI groups them by person, and you keep every photo at full resolution in a single album.

How fast is an invitation ready?

Usually in a single evening: pick a design, swap in your own texts and photos, and publish. No technical or design skills needed. You can keep editing after sending too — the link stays the same for all your guests.

Photo albums

How do guests find their own photos?

They take a single selfie in “Find my photos”. It is compared against the event's photos and returns the photos they appear in, from your and your photographer's photos. The selfie is deleted immediately after matching.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests scan the event's QR code or open the link they received, sign in quickly and upload photos and clips straight from the phone's browser — no app to install. It works on any recent phone, and the files land automatically in the event gallery at full resolution.

What do other guests see of the uploaded photos?

Only the albums you publish. Photos uploaded by guests first land in your private gallery, where you review them at your own pace; you then choose which photos go into the albums shared with others and who can see them. Nothing becomes visible without your explicit decision.

Is face recognition safe and private?

It is optional and off by default — it runs only for guests who turn it on. The selfie is used to find matches, then deleted. You can exclude any photo from face matching, biometric data is deleted 30 days after the last processing, and photos are hosted in the EU.

How long are photos kept?

The album stays available and the originals can be downloaded anytime. How long the originals are kept depends on the package you chose and can be extended with an add-on. Separately, the biometric data used for face matching is automatically deleted no later than 30 days after the last facial processing.

Does it work for baptisms and birthdays too?

Yes. Photo albums work the same way for weddings, baptisms and birthdays, including coming-of-age parties: the same QR code for guests, the same gallery with optional face matching and the same shared albums, whatever the type of event.

How is the best-moments album created?

ImagoMoments automatically picks the event's best photos and arranges them into a starter album. You review it, adjust the selection and publish it when you're happy.

Can I share albums with only some guests?

Yes. You publish an album to all guests, only to the ones you choose, or send it through a private link. You can combine these — for example a general album for everyone and a smaller one just for family.

Can I use the same account for several events?

Yes. Every event you attend — as a host or as a guest — appears in the same account, and the memories stay in one place. You don't create a new account for each occasion: the wedding, the baptism and the birthdays gather in the same personal archive.

Can guests upload video clips too?

Yes — photos and video clips, including Live Photos, straight from the phone's browser. Common photo formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF) are accepted up to 50 MB, TIFF and RAW files up to 200 MB, and video clips (MP4, MOV, WebM and more) up to 30 GB each.

How do the photographer's photos get into the album?

You add the photographer to the event with a dedicated role, and they upload photos straight into the gallery — these also count for personal-album matching. You can just as well upload the delivered files yourself.

Billing & payments

What does "per event" mean?

You pay once for a single event — a wedding, baptism or birthday. The package covers the digital invitation, RSVP tracking and the photo album, depending on the package you choose. You create and preview the invitation for free and pay only when you publish it. No recurring charges, no monthly subscription; the current price of each package is listed on the pricing page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian OUG 34/2014 (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), and the refund is made through the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly requested that performance begin and consented to this. Details and the model withdrawal form are in the Terms & Conditions (Chapter IX and the Annex).
