What you should know

What does "per event" mean?

You pay once for a single event — a wedding, baptism or birthday. The package covers the digital invitation, RSVP tracking and the photo album, depending on the package you choose. You create and preview the invitation for free; your first publish comes with 24 hours of free access, then you choose a plan to keep the link active. No recurring charges, no monthly subscription; the current price of each package is listed on the pricing page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian OUG 34/2014 (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), and the refund is made through the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly requested that performance begin and consented to this. Details and the model withdrawal form are in the Terms & Conditions (Chapter IX and the Annex).
